"Worst Motel Experience If My Life."

Motel had an indoor pool just outside our inside door. the room had a door on the pool side on one on the other side to a hallway. Kids were in the pool until 2:00 A.M. and also running up and down both hallways even later than that. We received very little sleep for the night. Also the water flow in both the sink and the shower was very low. Our overall positive experience was zero if you could rate it that high. I promise you that we will never stay at your motel again and we will spread the word to anyone that plans on staying there.

This is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Unfortunately I did not check something out before booking a room. Today is my birthday I thought I would spoil myself by spending a few nights in this hotel. Was unable to arrive yesterday so I had to cancel one days stay. I told them if they were going to charge a cancellation fee that was understandable. But they did not. Every place I lived the last 15 years had a shower but no bathtub. Without asking I made the assumption they would have a tub as well as a shower. So much for me soaking in a tub on my birthday. But if that is the worse of my problems I am having a wonderful birthday.

My only problem was when I booked the room did not see a place to enter the promo code for a discount and the girl at the front said there was nothing she could. Should have paid 89.00 a night but had to 109.00 a night. Other than that everything else was great.

Reservation center is difficult to understand. Prepay was required. NO other options were available so billing was incorrect. Direct reservation by calling hotel was not possible. I will not stay at this Marriott affiliated hotel again.

"Because You Asked"

I was not pleased. I reserved two rooms for the night of June 6th. When I got there at 4 pm (an hour after check-in), neither room was ready. After perhaps 30 minutes or so, they were ready for me to check-in. The boys room was nice and cool, while mine was quite warm, nearly hot. I called the front desk at least four times to let them know that my air conditioning was not working. During one of the calls I informed the front front desk that I would be at dinner if the maintenance man came by. Upon returning, the air had not been fixed, but someone had been in my room watching univison on TV. Because of the heat I had to strip off the quilted comforters off of my bed. One of them had a chocolaty brown stain on it. A rather unpleasant and exceedingly warm stay. On a positive note, the kids enjoyed the pool and their nicely cooled room.
