Didn’t stay except one night and arrived at 10:00pm so other than check-in and property cleanliness I cannot comment. Check-in was fast and easy and desk manager arranged a shuttle to the cruise port for us for the next morning which was very convenient. The hotel lobby and room were very clean and exactly as had been advertised.

The room was clean and beautiful. There were clean sheets and towels. The only thing I didn’t like is the guests congregating outside throughout the property.

Hotel was under renovation. No mention of this during reservation process. No lobby. No room for breakfast. No covered registration drive up (this is what is being renovated) and it was raining. I asked for a discount due to not-as-advertised facilities and was refused. Clerk said there was a discount already. Not true. Also a palm tree right outside my room window created a racket all night long by crashing into the window with the wind. Couldn’t sleep. Very obvious that it should have been cut back months ago or longer. Probably damaging their building as well. Very frustrating stay and we usually can count on Hampton Inn to be great. Not this one!
