Star wars knights of the old republic 2 ps4

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords is now available on Nintendo Switch. The Switch release was originally announced a little over a week ago. It is priced at $15, and according to the eShop page, will weigh in at an install size of 15.7GB.

The only sequel to the seminal Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords takes place during an era where the titular Sith Lords have driven the Jedi to the brink of extinction. With the Old Republic itself on the verge of being crushed, the Republic’s fate lies in the hands of a lone Jedi in exile, struggling to reconnect with the Force.

While Knights of the Old Republic was originally developed by BioWare, work on the sequel was handled by Obsidian Entertainment. The storytelling of the sequel took on a much darker tone than the original. Rather than its predecessor’s emphasis on the Light and Dark sides of the Force, Knights of the Old Republic 2 makes situations much more ambiguous.

The Nintendo Switch release of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords will also includes content that was cut from the original release of the game, including new crew dialogue and interactions, a bonus mission with HK-47, and a revamped ending. The restored content will be coming to the game as free post-launch DLC.
