2013 Veloster Turbo Stock no mods. Tach quit working/started stalling at slow downs. Hyundai dealer said Error code for Crankshaft. Replaced Crankshaft PS. Tach returned to normal, running okay until on weekend drive, got to 4k on tach and it felt like car hit a tree. Everything works and feels fine if I stay only at 3.5k rpms If i reach 4 boom. It will go on if I keep pushing it but afraid to do that.

Also, now on media mode screen only lights up for bluetooth and pandora all other choices are greyed out.....

Any suggestions or just return to garage for further investigations

Did you use the proper OEM sensor and tq to proper spec? They can be very finicky and do this when wrong sensor is used and/or not tq to spec. Who knows you may have another issue? Any codes?

Check your battery terminals. Sound like low voltage problem

I'm having this exact same issue, did you ever figure out a fix?

Where is my crankshaft position sensor located?

The sensor is at either the front or the back of the crankshaft, so it's usually located either on the transmission bellhousing or behind the crankshaft pulley. There should be a small air gap, usually about a millimeter or two, between the sensor and the reluctor.
