How To Make Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs In The Air FryerBefore you prep the chicken, make sure to wash and clean the chicken well. After you have cleaned it, make sure to pat it down with paper towels before adding any seasonings. Place the boneless skinless chicken thighs in a large bowl and drizzle it with olive oil. Sprinkle in your preferred seasonings (I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning). Toss with your hands to evenly coat chicken thighs with oil and seasonings. Add the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cooking Tips

How do you cook boneless skinless air fryer?Rub chicken breasts with a little olive oil and seasoning (per the recipe below). Place in the air fryer basket ensuring there is space around each chicken breast. Cook 16-19 minutes flipping after 10 minutes.
Can you bake chicken in air fryer? After testing a variety of temperatures, I found that 375 degrees F is the best temperature for air frying chicken. Because the air fryer uses convection heat, you do not need to set it as high as you would an oven (in a regular oven, 425 degrees F is best for baking chicken, like Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast).
