A final map and list of all registered garage sales will be posted the week of the garage sale at local businesses, Little Canada City Hall, and distributed electronically via the website and social media.

  • Hours advertised: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. each day

Little Canada City-wide Garage Sale

Come out and meet your neighbors, find bargains, and rummage through miscellaneous treasures at the annual City-wide Garage Sale!

Register your sale

Residents wishing to participate should submit a completed City-wide Garage Sale Registration Form.  REGISTER HERE. Registration will close on May 12, 2022.  There is no cost to participate.

Residents are also encouraged to post their sale on local classified websites and social media to help promote their sale as well as all of the garage sales participating.  

Signs

We are encouraging residents to be creative and make their own sign(s). Residents can show their community pride by helping to promote Little Canada’s City-wide Garage Sale. Please be courteous and remove any garage sale signs you may have on display at the end of your sale.

Parking

Garage sale participants residing on a city street with No-Parking will be permitted on-street parking during the City-wide Garage Sale. The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office will be notified that during these three days from 8 AM to 5 PM parking is allowed in those areas. Residents are still subject to No-Parking regulations outside of the garage sale hours.

Celebrate the founding of IGH in 1965, by visiting 65 sites throughout the city to learn about the unique history of Inver Grove Heights, while having a chance to win great prizes at the same time.

All trucks have the ability to accept cards, and there is an ATM located inside the VMCC.

Every truck has a variety of foods on their menus. Some larger and heavier foods but also smaller sides or lighter entrees.

Picnic tables available within the event space or enjoy a picnic style meal on our grassy areas just outside the event space.

If it is raining we will move forward with the event, although we may cancel the event if there is lightning or any other factors that potentially could endanger our guests.

SKATEBOARDING  6:00pm - 7:00pm 

3rd Lair Skatepark & Skateshop staff will be on site offering FREE introduction to skateboarding lessons.

Raffle drawing for prizes will be held at 6:45pm.

BIKE THE BRIDGES 3:00 PM

Join us at the Swing Bridge for a free family bike ride! Route starts at Swing Bridge Park and goes to the Wakota Bridge and back which is about five miles. Bike King will provide bike repair and the Fire Department will supply first aid along the route. IGH Police will also be available. Participants will receive a free gift, beverage, and snack.
