What time does CA DMV Call Center open?If you no longer have access to your account phone number and cannot access your online account, please call the DMV contact center at 1-877-563-5213. The contact center business hours are Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Can I go to DMV CA without appointment?For faster service, please make an appointment before you visit a DMV field office. Most vehicle registration items may be processed through the mail or online and do not require in-person visits to a DMV field office.
