We checked in and the front desk told us we have free dinner at 5:30 with three cocktails, and breakfast in the morning. Well I thought "right!" But I was pleasantly surprised, it was a very nice dinner not just snacks, and beer wine or cocktails. breakfast was also great. It was hot and had a great selection. I will stay at Drury Inns again when I have a chance. Date of stay: September 2022

I’m amazed by the great nightly happy hour. The food was hot and delicious. The rom was clean and comfortable. Location was very good, next to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend. This one is just as nice, great rooms and amenities. The value is unbelievable. Bathroom and beds were also very nice. Again, shaking my head at the value vs other hotels. Stay here! My wife and I ALWAYS look for a Drury Inn whenever we travel as we have never had a bad stay at any of their Inns. This was no exception. The front desk person (David?) was SO friendly. We love the fact that dinner/drinks and breakfast s included in the price of the stay. Polite and accommodating personnel from the front desk to the dining room. Everyone top to bottom. We had a mishap, it happens, but the front desk immediately informed management and he responded instantly. The problem was quickly resolved and we were asked several times if it met out satisfaction. YES, many times over yes. Every part of the hotel we came in contact with was clean and in excellent repair. We will return for the BJU conference again next and will return to this property. King, North Carolina1 contribution I had a terrible experience here which shocked me because of how great the reviews seemed to be. The woman at the desk was rude and had a horrible attitude. After seeing me go out to my car and get my things, go upstairs into my room, within minutes of being in there she called me and told me they were so concerned about my dog being in the car that the police were going to break my windows. I had been away from my car for not even 5 minutes and was about to head down there after dropping off all the bags and get my dog. The next morning the entire parking lot was filled with police and a very distressed man requesting additional assistance from the FBI. I'm not sure what this was about, but I felt extremely uncomfortable during the rest of my stay. That's exceptional customer service and well worth the visit. The food is plentiful', hot and good. Maybe adding variety on back-to-back days would help, but not complaining.
