Cons:They were very few luggage racks available. And the staff did nothing to help you, even after being requested to do so, to help you find one. The elevator is under construction and so there are very long wait times to use the elevator. Lastly I reserved a room with two doubles and when I got there I was informed they didn't have to honor that and gave me a king instead.I had three adults in my party said this was less than ideal. The person who had to sleep in the front sitting room area was kept up all night by the music that was played in the atrium all night

Pleasantly surprised with the updated spaces. Very nice property. It was frigid outside and the double doors in the lobby remained open much of the time making the common areas very cold. This probably isn’t a problem most of the year! Our heater in the room also malfunctioned but the staff moved us as soon as they realized they couldn’t fix it in a timely manner. The free breakfast and afternoon snacks s we’re nice.

Great experience and first impression with D at the front desk! She was so welcoming and it was so late at night. She gave my 5-yr old daughter a toothbrush when we forgot ours and quickly checked us in so we can get warmed up from the cold! Parking wasn’t ideal as the front lot was full and the garage was confusing. Huge amount of spots just for compact cars. The garage looked like it was abandoned and neglected for a long time with build up of trash, leaves and dirt. The elevator was out of service but no sign on the 2nd floor garage so we were looking for another place to carry all our bags into the building and out of the 32 degree cold! The room was beautiful though and breakfast team were so friendly! They engaged with my daughter and Z was so wonderful! Thank you for the great experience!

When I tried to check in the clerk at the front desk was not very polite. Loudly told the lobby that my credit card was "no good" and that was why my reservation was canceled. It turned out I had typed the expiration date in wrong. I also asked for a later check out, got one for 12:30 only to have some manager from housekeeping loudly knock on my door around 11:50 to see if I had checked out yet. Nothing like getting hustled out of your room. I will stay down the street next time at the Marriott. We have always used Embassy Suites throughout the years but no more!

I am very disappointed with my stay. First off, they gave me a handicap accessible room, which would’ve been ok, but the seat in the bathroom was filthy and rusted. So, I asked to switch rooms and was only offered a room with 2 full sized beds instead of a king. Even though we’re both over 6ft tall and was there to celebrate. Once we got in that room, there was dirty bath clothes on the shower in the bathroom, like it wasn’t cleaned. They said they were booked up and no more rooms available. I stay at the Embassy every chance I get because I love the breakfast and reception, but I don’t think I will be returning.

It was a well kept property with one exception, the pool was closed. I have had this happen multiple times. I specifically look for places with a pool and nowhere was it announced the pool was closed. Shouldn’t have to pay full price when all amenities aren’t available
