Yet Another Poem. Composed by Arwen Baggins.

Hermione Granger kissed a ranger in the woods near Bree. She fell in love and said to him "Won't you marry me?" The ranger was quite willing, and so they made a plan. Then in the middle of the night, away Hermione ran. The next day in Hogwarts, at the very crack of dawn, her friends found to their dismay that Hermione was now gone! Harry and Ron were quite distraught. They looked in vain despair. Where ever and ever and ever they searched, Hermione wasn't there. Harry said to Dumbledore "It's no use. I have no hope. It seems very plain to me, Hermione has eloped!" "That foolish girl!" the wizard said. "I'd dunk her in the pond. Is her beau even magic? Can he even use a wand?" In fact the ranger wasn't magic, but Hermione didn't care. She was in love and compared to that, magic wasn't worth a hair. "Well I guess we better search for her and see if we can cease, The awful thing from taking place before they find a priest." Harry got his broomstick, unaware he was too late. For Hermione was at that moment beside the chapel gate. She entered the church with the ranger, in a dress and veil. If Harry had been there then he would have gone quite pale. Harry arrived a moment to late for when he stepped inside, His dear friend Hermione was already a bride. "So you eloped! With this guy! You thought that was ok!" Hermione just smiled and tossed Harry her bouquet. "Don't worry, I don't have to leave just because I marry. When I have a dozen kids I'll name two of them "Ron" and "Harry." Harry and Ron's friendship with Hermione still remained. But ever after they called her husband "He Who Shall Not Be Named". The End

Better Than ‘Chamber of Secrets’, but that’s not saying much.

Prisoner of Azkaban is the somewhat compelling third instalment in the bestselling Harry Potter series. This novel isn’t all that great, but still has more depth and pizzazz than the disappointing second novel. Contains very mild violence.

My favorite of the series! (And that's saying a lot.)

Harry Potter is by FAR my favorite book series, and I absolutely love each and every book. I read it at age 11, and I've read and re'read it countless times since. I love the character development in this book. At first, Harry runs away from his challenges, but in the end, he embraces them. I also love the mixture between comedy, action, and mystery this book provides. I suppose an eight-year old might be able to read it, but they would need to read it with an adult to understand everything- plus, it's a little violent with (spoiler alert) werewolfs, supposed murderers and such. Also, there isn't much but there is some swearing in it. But, overall, this book is absolutely incredible.

This third book is fantastic, just like the other books in the series. But it is a little bit darker. There are a few violent moments, and some peril. I don't think anyone younger than nine should be reading it, but it depends on there reading level. But, this book is great! I would totally read this book, again and again. And I have!

Potter will never disappoint - but Prisoner definetly is the Dark Mark of the seiries

Prisoner is by no means the darkest of the books, but the "line" between the dark books and the light is definetly between Chamber and Azkaban.(The Dark Mark has nothing to do with it, I just couldn't resist) While I realize that in the mind of a 9 year old, Dementors are just another spooky bad guy, the Dementor's Kiss (sucking your soul out through your mouth) might be a tad disturbing. But the real concern with Prisoner is the levels of anger and resentment shown. Snape is the big thing here, and there is no doubt he would rejoice at the death of two of his old rivals. Also Ron and Hermione have a pretty big falling out. And there is the "death" of Buckbeak.

Stunning and Dazzling

When I finished reading this book, I had only one thought in mind. Wow. Just wow. A fantastic book, full of formidable creatures (dementors, werewolves, etc.) and full of friendship, the bonds between Harry, Ron and Hermione stronger than ever before. I enjoyed it a lot! PS: I read all the Harry Potter books when I was nine years old and I loved them, so I think your child can handle them.

Is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban OK for kids?

This film is quite dark, thematically and visually, but not too frightening. Children should be able to handle it. The plot of the film revolves around a convicted murderer escaping from prison and going after Harry, supposedly to kill him. All scenes with Dementors are quite frightening and intense.

Is Harry Potter 3 suitable for a 7 year old?

Great movie, but not for sensitive 7-year-olds We are a low-tech family. We've read the book about 4 times so we thought it might be ok, but it was too much.

Is Fantastic Beasts ok for 10 year olds?

With the full PG-13 rating breakdown above, this parent movie reviewer would not recommend Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore for kids younger than the age of a mature 11-years old preteen, for sure.

What age is Harry Potter in the Prisoner of Azkaban?

Harry Potter is 13 in this third movie based on the globally popular book series, and the movie itself seems to be entering adolescence, with its darker themes, darker images, and darker emotions.
