Within these trips lie the airport, the AT&T Stadium and many more places of interest making touring the surrounding areas much cheaper and so much more convenient. positive: Convenient dining optionsThis hotel offers guests the option of in-room dining by making use of room service and on-site dining by making use of the Sporting News Grill restaurant. This restaurant has received wonderful reviews and, if this is not up to guest's standards, there are a host of restaurants situated nearby that can be visited. Negative Reviewsnegative: Restaurant staff not always the friendliestThis hotel has received fantastic reviews based on the on-site restaurant. However, there were some reviews saying the opposite about this restaurant and the negative comments were directed at the staff. This hotel does offer convenience by this service, but to thrive even further, restaurant management should clamp down harder on further prioritizing customer service. negative: Faulty in-room amenitiesAmenities in the guest rooms, such as the refrigerator and air-conditioning, have received complaints due to these not always being functional. Instances such as the refrigerator door not closing properly and the air-conditioning not always being reliable simply made for a few inconveniences. negative: Inconsistent housekeepingThe housekeeping service offered at this hotel does add to convenience but has, in some reviews, been rated as below average and inconsistent. Some occasions even saw housekeeping make one bed and leave the other one unmade. Our ac did not work properly and it was so hot! The entire hotel was hot!
