Make sure that the entered Email address is correct, and save your changes.

Verify Email Address

When this is done, you will see the message “You have not verified your account”. For security purposes, you should verify your Email address. Click on the link which you received in your Email inbox and login with your Epic Games account. In case you have no access to the entered account, then make sure to click here.

Don’t write too much in as an explanation on why you lost access. The above picture will show you how to address this problem properly.

The platform you are playing on
You preferred language
The reason why you lost access to your old account and your new email, which you want the verification link sent to
You should get a response within 24 hours.

So, I haven't been using epic games much so I don't mind losing my account.But this made me lose my nerve.

All I need to do, is change my email from my old email, to my new one.

Edit: TL;DR
I provided them with my full name, credit card information, full address, every single purchase ID I ever made, and they claim it's insufficient proof I'm the owner of the account.
I literally have access to EVERYTHING besides my old email.

I have the credit card information, username, password, I know the old name. 
I gave you my full name. 
I shown you every single purchase made with the account almost.
And you STILL cant verify me?

The account was disabled permanently for unknown reasons.
(My Email Provider) as of yet has not told me why it was disabled.
Just that they don't plan on restoring it.
I do not, and will not, gain access to that email.
As I doubt they will accept my request to restore my email for the 4th time.
I have given you plenty of material to verify I am who I am.
Change my email.
I've already changed accounts over 20 websites.
Never once it took me this many emails to get you to do something as simple as change my email.
The new email is (New Email)

I assure you, I no longer have access to my email, 
and (Old Email Provider) does not with to restore my account.
I have only recently lost access to my email.
So please define recent.
If 2 weeks ago is recent then yes. 
Until recently I had access to my email.
But now I dont. Change my email to the new email.
It's this one. (New Email)
I severely doubt the verification I've shown is insufficient.
