2. Press the [▲] or the [▼] button to select the telephone number that you want to erase.
3. Press [ERASE]
4. Press the [▲] or the [▼] button to select [YES]
5. Press [SELECT]
6. Press [OFF]

This is not working.  Some of the commands seem to either be missing or are wrong, according to my phone.

Power of the handset and try the steps I provided you again once yo power on the phone. Advise me what will be the result.

Ok, I've deleted my friends number.  Now, if I re-enter it will it still be blocked?

No it will no longer on the block list as long as you already deleted it. Try to call the number or advise your friend to call you if he or she can call your number. And advise me if the issue is already resolve. I will be standing by.

She was unable to get through.  Phone rang once and then hung up on her and the window o the phone said "caller blocked"

Follow the steps again and make sure that the number of your friend is no longer on the block list. If you still see the number on the block list delete the number again. Then advise your friend to call you again.

ok - her number was deleted in my phonebook and so I don't know what to do now.

Have you try the steps. If not follow this steps again provided below.

1. Press [MENU] [#] [2] [1] [7]
2. Press the [▲] or the [▼] button to select the telephone number that you want to erase.
3. Press [ERASE]
4. Press the [▲] or the [▼] button to select [YES]
5. Press [SELECT]
6. Press [OFF]

When you do this steps make sure that the number of your friend is deleted on this block list. Advise me what will be the result.

her number is not on the block list, because it always comes up as Private Caller and I've never seen it on the block list.

I had to leave her a message - she just called back twice and I'm still getting "blocked call"

If the number is already remove from the block list then she can call you now. Try to add her number to your phonebook and then advise her to call you again.

it didn't work . . . can I just erase everything in the blocked caller list?

Yes try to remove all the numbers on the block list. Then advise me what will be the result.

I removed all blocked numbers and had her try again and we still got "blocked caller" when she called again

Ok Ramy, I pressed a button that I've never pressed before "caller list" and there were all the the times that my friend tried to call me.  Her calls were the only ones in there.  I deleted all of them and had her call me back and it worked.  I wonder why they were stored in that particular menu item???  Who knows, but at last it is taken care of.
