Yahoo Distribution Lists

  1. Navigate your Web browser to the Yahoo address Web application to view your Yahoo Mail contacts (See Resources)

  2. Click the "Add Category" button. The category window will appear. Enter "Mailing List" or another name into the Category Name field and click "Save."

  3. Click the "Add Contacts" link in the pane on the right. Select the contacts you want to add from the list and click "Add Selected."

  4. When entering receiver information in the To section of an email, enter the name of the group, rather than a user's email. This will send the email to all members of the group.

Hotmail Mailing Lists

  1. Navigate to the Windows Live Group creation website (See Resources). Click on the "Create a Group" button.
