How to do instant deposit on cash app

Instant deposits are a fast, convenient way to deposit money into your Cash App account. Although most banks offer this service, some may not. If you don't have a debit card that supports this type of payment, your Cash App won’t let me cash-out. In this case, you can wait a day or contact your bank directly to find out if there is a problem.

To enable instant deposit, you will need a Cash Card.
You'll find your routing number and account details on your Cash Card.
Copy these numbers and paste them into the Cash App.
After you've pasted the information, you'll need to confirm the transaction with a PIN or a finger scan.
Then, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the transaction.
In the next step, click "Done!" to confirm the deposit.

Before using the Cash App instant deposit feature, you must enable it. It's not automatically enabled when you sign up, so you must enable it. After enabling the feature, you'll see two options: standard and instant deposits. Standard deposits take about 1 to 3 days, while instant deposits take only a few seconds. The difference between these options is the fee. The fee for a standard deposit is free, but you'll have to pay a 1.5% service charge for the convenience of an Instant Deposit.

To add cash to your Cash App balance:

1. Tap the Money tab on your Cash App home screen
2. Press Add Cash
3. Choose an amount
4. Tap Add
5. Use Touch ID or enter your PIN to confirm

Supported Cards with Cash App

Cash App supports debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Some debit cards don’t consistently support the transaction networks we use to send funds instantly, so in these cases we’re unable to send the funds immediately to your bank account.

If we are unable to send your funds instantly, they will be available in your bank account within 1-3 business days and you will be refunded any Instant Deposit Fees.
