They did an incredible job, however the sub floor still had some moisture in it so the new boards bowed again. Mark was very timely in making sure that the issue was taken care of right away and scheduled a quick repair to fix the bowing. Customer service is their top priority and it shows! We needed floors refinished that are over 100 years old, and we were afraid it wouldn't be possible. Mark came to our home and not only knew exactly what kind of wood they are, but how they'd been milled originally and everything about preserving this historic wood. Then, we were amazed by the very reasonable estimate. Communication was excellent as well. When the floors were refinished, parts of it took five times longer than a typical floor.
