Why does the Green Ranger have a shield?The Dragon Shield was a piece of armor used by the Green Dragon Power Ranger, Tommy Oliver, and for a time, Jason Lee Scott the Red Tyrannosaurus Ranger, after Tommy was losing his powers and gave what remained of them to Jason. After Tommy got his powers back for a time, he began using the Dragon Shield again.
Why didn't the Yellow Ranger have a skirt?That's because the American show used Japanese Power Rangers footage for the fight scenes, and in the original show, the Yellow Ranger was a man. That's why the Pink Ranger's outfit has a skirt, and the Yellow Ranger's doesn't.
