Portable SystemsThe model number for portable systems will consist of two (2) sets of numbers that will need to be combined. Below are instructions on where to locate these numbers and how to combine them. Step 1: The first set of numbers will be a two (2) digit number located on the base. This two (2) digit number will be located near the fill hole where you put the water or sand. Step 2:The second set of numbers will be a three (3) digit number located on the front of your backboard, to the right of the rim. Step 3: The base number, coupled with the backboard number will be your model number. (i.e. 75 & 365 = 75365) How long does it take to put together a Spalding basketball hoop?Got this set for my children as a Christmas present. Yes it does take a while to assemble, about 3 1/2 hours for me and my wife; yes some of holes are a tight fit, overspray of the plastic coating on the metal; and yes some of the parts have difficulty lining up, help prove more rigidity in the finish basketball goal.
How long does it take to assemble a portable basketball hoop?In all, with our one hour redo, it took us four hours to assemble. So, hopefully, you'll have less do-overs than us and finish in about three hours. Now that's it's been several months since we assembled our basketball hoop, the assembly headaches are long gone.
