How is that? You are Airdropping files from the iPad to the iPhone, which uses WiFi 🤔 Just a note: You can access smb shares in the Files app on iOS & iPadOS. Just setup a shared folder on Windows. This will use the internal network speed of the router, not limited by Internet Download/Upload speeds.. And as long as your router isn't 10 years old, it will be just as fast as spending time transferring files to a USB, then AirDropping to an iPhone (which again uses WiFi) from an iPad .. Also most modern routers ( last 4-5 years) typically contain a USB-A port in the back of them for the use of like networked printer, and often more so than not, for connecting a portable harddrive to for shared storage...
