I Googled several recipes and I came across a recipe that required freeze dried strawberries. I had never heard of freeze dried strawberries-nor had I used this item. These are soft and chewy not crispy like other brands. I figured for the pretty high price of the bags (2) they would be decent sized , but no they are tiny tiny bags and because of how they are packaged, half the strawberries were broke and ground down into dust. Although the flavor was very good , these are just not up to par with many other brands that have triple the amount of berries for a lower price. Normally I get great value from Walmart and they are the same size bag f0r 3$ but I wanted to try something new,so it would be 6$ equivalent to the two bags from trader joe but triple the amount of money...so not worth it!!!
