Season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days is starting to feel like the season that will never end, and though there’s indication that the finale and Tell All part 1 will air on April 3, it won’t be what fans are expecting. Instead of making viewers sit through three more weeks of season 5, the network has come up with something new and different, and it could change the format of 90 Day Fiancé franchise shows from now on.

There was a lot of anticipation for Before the 90 Days season 5, and viewers were not disappointed. The cast members have been extremely entertaining and exceptionally wild this season, and there’s been a lot for fans to discuss online. The season has been fun, but it has to end sometime, and many viewers have been wondering when it would conclude. A lot of fans assumed that episode 15 would be the last, and it would then be followed by two Tell All episodes in the next two weeks. However, once episode 15 ended, the teaser for the next episode played over the credits—and it wasn’t for the Tell-All. So viewers are once again wondering, when is season 5 going to end?

There’s some confusion between various TV listings sites about when the final episode is and when the Tell-All is, but TLC’s tv schedule sheds light on the end of the season. Next week episode 16, “Unfinished Business,” is on the schedule for 8 PM Eastern. The description teases wrap ups for Usman Umar and Kim Menzies; Ben Rathbun and Mahogany Roca; Mike Berk and Ximena Morales; Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda; and Memphis Sandoval and Hamza Moknii’s storylines. There was no mention of Ella Johnson and Johnny Chao, so presumably their storyline is done. However, that episode seems to only go until 9 p.m. The “Tell All Part 1” is slated to air directly after episode 16, and if TLC’s schedule is accurate, fans will be getting a half-size final episode and a 1-hour Tell All Part 1.

This format is something new for the franchise, and it could be a smart move. There are certainly some loose ends to tie up in season 5, but definitely not enough for an entire episode’s worth of content. The same goes for the Tell All. Many fans have criticized just how long the Tell Alls are because while there’s certainly a lot to unpack, there usually isn’t the need for two full two-hour episodes devoted to it. By combining episode 16 and the first half of the Before the 90 Days Tell All, TLC has streamlined both of them, and there’s no need to stretch footage to fill an entire episode. Now viewers will get the last bits of season five plus some Tell All footage before the full Tell All Part 2 episode on April 10.

Though some fans were hoping that the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days would be the season finale, there’s still a little more left. However, if TLC’s TV schedule is correct, the format for the last episode and first half of the Tell All could be a big improvement over previous seasons in the franchise.

On 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Daysseason 5, seven new couples are looking for love, and it's time to share plenty of important facts about the show, including how to watch. "Babygirl" Lisa Hamme’s ex-husband Usman “Sojaboy” Umar returned with a new girlfriend, and 90 Day Fiancé fans are thrilled that they will finally get to see new faces. In contrast to the recycled storylines and scripted drama that TLC viewers have been subjected to recently, this new season promises exciting plots, interesting cast members, and an introduction to new countries.

The 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 sneak peek revealed all the couples that the reality TV series will follow on their romantic journeys, and oodles of drama (plus culture clashes) are in the mix. The duos will take their online long-distance relationships to the next level as they finally meet face to face. In typical 90 Day Fiancé franchise fashion, fans will be able to follow the pairs around while they deal with language barriers, angry outbursts, globetrotting, controversial age gaps, and height differences.

Whether or not these 90 Day Fiancé stars are villains, or likable enough to get more spin-offs in the future, remains to be seen. First, cast members will need to decide whether they really want to get engaged and kickstart the K-1 visa process. Before the season airs (and possibly showcases more notorious reality stars like Big Ed Brown, as well as heroes like Rosemarie “Rose” Vega), here’s a deeper look into what to expect from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days.

Premiere Date & Time

Caleb Alina In 90 Day Fiance

All couples (except perhaps the most scandalous one, Geoffrey Paschel and Varya Malina) are still together. Fans can predict the fate of their successors during the new season's premiere on December 12 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, as it simultaneously streams on Discovery+.

Meet The Much-Awaited Cast

90 Day Fiance_ Before the 90 Days Kim Usman Sojaboy

As per EW, Sojaboy, 32, will be romancing Kim, 50, from San Diego, who had DM’d him after liking his music. The fangirl (who's head over heels in love with Usman) gets invited to Tanzania by the rapper. He's there to film a music video. Joining them are Caleb, 28, and Alina, 27, who reunited on a dating app after 13 years when the Arizona native was planning a trip to Russia. Alina, who has dwarfism, can’t walk or stand for prolonged periods of time.  Then there's Gino, 51, a Michigan-based engineer fresh out of a seven-year marriage with a Brazilian woman. He met Jasmine, the 90DF love of his life, who's much younger than him, in Panama City. Their relationship may be turbulent due to her jealousy.

Memphis is a divorced and single mom of two from Michigan. She is 34 and met Tunisian man Hamza, 28, online. She wants a stable dating partner but soon realizes that there’s a lot she doesn't know about her fiance. Meanwhile, Ximena, 24 from Colombia is dating Mike, 34, from New York. These two can't speak each other’s languages. Ximena is unable to reciprocate Mike’s feelings, while Ella, 29, has fallen hard for Johnny, a 34-year-old from China. She calls him her “Asian prince.” Meanwhile, Ben, 52, is a former pastor who became a popular model despite his past hardships. He caught the eye of 24-year-old Mahogany from Peru. There is a 28-year age gap between them, and Ben also reveals that he’s never video chatted with Mahogany during their relationship.
