Pros:Went for a weekend stay to watch a football game. It's across the street from the stadium. They had a nice breakfast as well as a pleasant evening snack gathering which could be a low key dinner as well. The staff was quite helpful with suggestions and nicely accommodated my need for extended parking until after the game. Everything on this trip went right, and the room itself was a pleasure.

Cons:Can't think of anything.

The black lady working breakfast acted liked she couldn't do her job with refilling the milk, had an attitude as well but other than my experience was exceptional.

This was not a bad place, but it is NOT 4-star. The pool area is very dated and the hot tub did not work. The happy hour food was BBQ from a can, mixed vegetables from a can, hot dogs, bland nachos. Very disappointed for what was paid.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this property. I was in town for a little getaway with my boyfriend and dog. I will say that I was slightly annoyed that there was not a way to indicate I was bringing my pet on the reservation and I was surpised with an extra $40/night fee for my dog upon check in. Parking in the garage was $15/night I believe, maybe $18. You can walk to the Gateway Arch Park in less than 10 minutes and there are good restaurants in walking distance as well. Do not come here expecting a stay at a super fancy luxury hotel, but it is comfy and clean. You will get free breakfast every morning and a dinner/snack as well. The food is about what you would expect at a hotel buffet. They also provide 3 free drinks to each adult guest/night, we only had 1 each because they weren't great, but you get what you pay for. Even tho the food wasnt great, we aren't that picky and it met our expectations. It was a nice addition and it helped tide us over between dining out. The pool and hot tub areas are also a nice addition. In my opinion they were clean and we were only able to use them once as there was a birthday party monopolizing the area a few nights. The pool is small, but gets the job done. All in all, I'd stay there again if back in the area. The staff were nice and helpful and we have no major complaints.

The evening snacks/drinks within the room rate was weird maybe this should be optional and reducing the room rate

Everything about the hotel was great! Just a caution on the garage, an oil slick near the hotel entrance on the 4th level. Made footing a little tricky.

Our room was 80 degrees for our entire stay. Complained twice to the front desk. They wanted to move rooms for us at 1130 at night. The entire floor smelled like weed which makes me nauseous. Front desk says that happens on the weekend. Never again will stay here then.

I like everything from staff to amenities and customer service. I'm so happy on my stay and doesn't even want to leave the place... I love the breakfast buffet, happy hour that I enjoy most which I do not expect when I checked in all by myself but met and had a good chat with some people and the Manager as well, Shan, a very friendly person. All in all, had an amazing stay and will come back again.

Was very pleased with this property. We were there for band competition so right next door to arena. Dinner, drinks and breakfast were all very good. Staff was very friendly
