Amenities are ridiculous pool is only 3 ft Breakfast is a joke food is cold and not much variety. Restaurant inside hotel is ridiculous 2 of the nights it was closed can’t rely on it. 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities Room wasn’t very clean. We intended to use the sleeper sofa, but it was old, dirty, and had old/dirty/soiled linens in it still. Also extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Requested clean linens and pillows for it and they were out of pillows in the entire hotel. Disappointed with the size of the room as well. Cannot
have the sleeper pulled out, as it touched the wall to the tv with NO room to walk. The $5 bottled water was opened and USED by a previous guest and not changed out. Missed the free breakfast the day we checked out because it didn’t open until 7am. When we did use it the day before, it was packed and most of the food was gone. Not refreshed the entire time we were there. And the attendant managing the line to get in was rude. This hotel is in the middle of a busy city block though so it's not the best ambience for the pool and hot tub. The windows in the rooms were pretty filthy so the mountain view room was kind of pointless as it wasn't pleasant to look out the windows. The pool was pretty dirty looking so didn't want to use, the hot tub was ok but
the jets weren't very good. It sufficed for one night stay but wouldn't stay here again if in this area. However, I did find it strange when housekeeping attempted to come into the room to clean one day into our stay. This was strange given that it seemed the policy at the time was you had to request housekeeping as they would only come if you
