If you have a stand-alone subscription to Hulu right now, you're paying $8 per month to watch with ads or $15 to stream ad-free. Disney Plus Basic with ads is $8 a month if you have the service without the Disney Bundle. Paying for both services separately, with ads, costs $16 per month.

For those who want to lock in an annual subscription, you can sign up for Hulu at $80 or Disney Plus Premium (no ads) for $110. We don't recommend annual subscriptions as they don't offer the flexibility of rotating services on a monthly basis, but it's your choice.

The best way to save money is to choose a plan with ads and roll two or three services into one of the Disney Bundles. You can get Disney Plus and Hulu together -- both with ads -- for $10 a month, which is a completely new bundle and the cheapest way to get both services. Tack on ESPN Plus and pay $13 per month. The catch is that existing Disney Plus subscribers are not eligible for the cheapest basic bundle. To get around that, you can cancel your current subscription and sign up with a different email address.

Most of us have gotten comfortable watching Disney Plus without commercials for $8 a month, but now it's $11. If you want the added luxury of streaming Hulu ad-free, prepare to shell out $15 monthly for your stand-alone subscription. While you certainly have the option of paying for these services separately, it will cost you $26. Adding on ESPN Plus for $10 brings that up to $36 per month. Again, the better deal is to bundle your Disney Plus with Hulu and ESPN Plus to get the most savings. 

Disney+ is an on-demand streaming service that specializes its titles in the Disney universe, whether you like Marvel or Pixar and even Star Wars. And for the second year in a row, there was a day-long celebration of the streamer and its titles, which resulted in a brand new deal. 

Although subscribers usually pay $8/month for access to Disney's streaming service, signing up from Sept. 8 through Sept. 19 will allow you to take advance of their $1.99/month deal in the U.S. and £1.99/month in the U.K.

If you're a fan of Disney movies, the Disney Channel, animated movies, and National Geographic shows, you'll want to know how to watch Disney+. Fans of the Avengers series and any of the Star Wars movies will especially be interested in a Disney+ subscription. Disney+ is the on-demand home to these fandoms' movies and TV shows. You can choose to pay the entire yearly subscription at once or make smaller monthly payments.

With a Disney+ subscription, you can create up to seven user profiles and watch its programming on up to four screens at the same time. You can also download as many of the best shows and movies as you want on up to 10 devices.

However, you can take advantage of a Disney+ deal with the Disney Bundle, which includes ESPN+ and Hulu. The cost of Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu, within the Disney Bundle, is $14/mo. Please note, this version of Hulu is ad-supported.

But, you can take advantage of the Hulu and Disney+ bundle signup opportunity by selecting Hulu (No ads). The Disney streaming service price for this bundle is $20/mo.

In addition, Disney+ has a Premier Access option, which gives you the opportunity to watch some of Disney's theatrical releases before regular Disney+ subscribers. Movie is $30 each and can be watched as often as you'd like as long as you're a Disney+ subscriber. Movies that have been included in Premier Access are Mulan, Marvel Studios' Black Widow, Raya and the Last Dragon, and Cruella.

How do I sign up for a Disney+ free trial?

Unfortunately, Disney+ does not offer any free trials at the moment. However, since you can cancel the service at any time, you can try it out for $8/mo. and then just cancel it after one month of use.

Current Disney+ deals and bundles

Although there's no Disney+ free trial, there is a six-month deal offered through Verizon, in addition to the aforementioned $1.99/month deal.

To get Disney+ free for six months, new or current Verizon customers must sign up for a Start Unlimited or Do More Unlimited plan. New Verizon Fios internet customers can also get the same deal. However, Verizon customers who sign up for the Play More Unlimited or Get More Unlimited services get the entire Disney Bundle free for six months.

If you sign up as a new customer and take advantage of the Disney+ Day deal, you should know that you only get that first month for $1.99. After that, your subscription will continue at the regular price, but you can always cancel before that kicks in.

What's the value of the Disney Bundle?

The Disney Bundle provides something for every member of the family. In addition to getting all of the movies and TV shows available through Disney+, you'll also have all of the titles from Hulu and ESPN+.

The Disney Bundle is either $14/mo. or $20/mo. The difference is based on which version of Hulu you choose. The ad-supported version of Hulu is part of the $14/mo. bundle, while the no-ads Hulu version is included in the $20/mo. option.

Selecting the Disney Bundle results is a savings of $7/mo., and that cost equates to getting ESPN+ for free. The standard price for Disney+ is $8/mo., while the standard price for ESPN+ is currently $7/mo. Hulu is $7/mo., while Hulu (No ads) is $13/mo. To purchase each service separately would cost either $22/mo. for standard Hulu or $28/mo. for Hulu (no ads).

ESPN is raising the price of ESPN+ from $7/mo. to $10/mo. on August 23. The price of the annual plan is also going up from $70/yr. to $100/yr.
