B resort and spa to disney springs

We stayed for one night at the B Resort & Spa so that we could go to Disney Springs to enjoy the Christmas decorations without having to worry about driving home. This resort location is excellent - within walking distance to Disney Springs. It has a number of hotels on the same road and it was a safe, well lit sidewalk to get there and back. The hotel itself was clean and bright - with some holiday decorations in the front lobby. The room was nice - we had a fireworks view suite. The balcony gave us a really great view. The room smelled slightly musty but that went away quickly with the air running. The bed was REALLY comfortable. The living room furniture seemed a little dates but was still comfy. The only issue was that the hot water took a really long time to come on - we were on the 7th floor. I would recommend staying here, it's a great value.

Property could use updates & deep cleaning in some areas but was a nice atmosphere. Staff made the stay enjoyable - super friendly and helpful. Good food.

This property has seriously declined in friendliness of morning reception staff and cleanliness post covid. I’ve visited and stayed at B resort several times prior to 2019 and the hotel was one of the best. Now their facilities are deplorable, the toilets don’t work well, the rooms are poorly maintained and the rooms on the ground floor can have flies! Don’t stay here

Rooms was out dated, and very very dirty, there were also cobwebs in ceil corner, I complained twice about the heat/ac unit not working and never was fixed, bathroom floor was sticky, this property need to be changed from a four star resort online and should be a two star rating. Total dump

Great everything except for the room..... dated. No plugs for phones and corded phone didn't work so you couldn't call front desk to ask for wake up call. A power strip under the bedstand???? wow. Weird.

The property smelled like it had a leak for the past 20 years and never cleaned it up. We had to move rooms and the staff was not accommodating. This place was not “magical” and definitely didn’t earn the “B” in their name, more like a C- or D at best.

I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times, but this time was a different experience. It was my go to place to stay at when on Disney vacation. I don’t see myself staying here in the future. The quality of the resort itself has gone down. Rooms look run down and need maintenance. I was already charged for parking when my Expedia booking included free parking. Very disappointing.
