Court Registry Payment by Wire TransferRegistry payments, with the exception of judgment payoffs, can now be made via Wire Transfer through your banking or financial institution. There is a required registry fee that must be included; use this tool to calculate the total including the registry fee. Then follow the steps below.
Your payment will be applied within 2 business days of receipt of funds. Judgment payoffs must be paid by cash, cashier’s check or money order after receiving a payoff total from the Clerk’s Office. Bank of America customers need to take extra care not to send an online transfer. If you are not prompted to enter the specific routing number for wires (026009593) from your wire instructions, you are most likely processing an online transfer which is not accepted. While initiating a wire transfer with your bank, ensure that you are sending a wire transfer and not an online transfer or ACH as those funds will be returned and it may take 10 to 45 days for the return to be processed.
